20ml of Strawberry vermouth
5 dashes of peychaud’s bitters
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir down until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon zest
Strawberry Vermouth – add 10 quartered strawberries into 700ml of Rosso vermouth. Allow to rest for 24 hours before staining through a coffee filter. Refrigerate and store.
