Ingredients 40ml Two-Fold Double Grain Whisky  10ml Fino Sherry 20ml Fresh lime juice20ml Sugar syrup 3 slices of cucumber2 dashes of Hot Sauce Method Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
