Hunted + Gathered are Melbourne chocolate makers whose singular mission is to explore the depths and flavours of the cacao bean - and what better way to do so than with barrels that once held our delicious and approachable Two-Fold whisky? Delicious cacao nibs were carefully aged in Starward Two-Fold barrels before being expertly blended with organic hazelnuts to form a silky smooth, chocolate paste. Smear it on a hot cross bun, mix into a dessert cocktail (like our personal favourite, below) or simply enjoy on it’s own… go on, you deserve it.
