Apricot Sour

Refreshing summer vibes with this Apricot Sour.


50ml Nova
20ml Apricot Brandy
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Orgeat
Lemon Wedge garnish


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wedge

45ml Nova
20ml Tawny Port
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Drunk Cherry Garnish


Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a drunk cherry.

New World Buck

20ml Ribena or 2 tablespoons blackberry jam
10ml lime juice (fresh if you have it)
45ml Nova
Soda Water


Shake all in a shaker (use a jar if you don’t have a cocktail shaker) and strain into a highball (or tall glass). Top with ice and soda.

A Blaze in the Dark

50ml Nova single malt whisky
25ml grapefruit juice
10ml cinnamon syrup* 
10ml marmalade syrup** or 1/2 teaspoon of marmalade 
2 dashes of grapefruit bitters


Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
Garnish with a slice of dehydrated or fresh grapefruit rested on the edge of the glass.
* Mix 1 part ground cinnamon with 6 parts sugar and 6 parts water
** Mix equal parts marmalade and water

Berry Smash

50ml Nova single malt whisky or Two-Fold double-grain whisky
5-6 raspberries
A teaspoon of berry jam
2 mint leaves
10ml lemon


Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard. Pour into a glass without straining. Garnish with a sprig of mint.


45ml Nova single malt whisky
15ml dry vermouth
15ml lemon juice
10ml grenadine 


Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, then double strain into a coupe glass. 
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

50ml Nova single malt whisky
20ml fig syrup
20ml lemon
100ml ginger ale
Cubed ice


Build in a highball glass stacked with ice. Garnish with half a fresh fig.

Black Manhattan

50ml Nova single malt whisky
20ml Amaro Averna liqueur
One fresh cherry


Pour the whisky and liquer over ice and stir with a bar spoon. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and serve with a fresh cherry garnish.

New World Sazerac

60ml Nova single malt whisky
10ml demerara sugar syrup
4 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
10ml Absinthe 


Pour all but Absinthe over ice in a shaker. Briefly stir with a bar spoon. Pour the absinthe into serving glass filled with ice. Give it a quick stir then dump both the absinthe and ice. Strain your shaker mix into the absinthe washed glass Garnish with a lemon twist on the edge of the glass.
* Mix equal parts sugar and water.
