Turn the festiveometer up to 10. We’re throwing a big ol’ lunch and you’re invited. A three-course curated menu, three matched whisky drinks and all the atmos our industrial distillery always delivers.

Festive to us means all the good bits of Christmas. So not much tinsel. Definitely no Mariah Carey (unless you insist). Just live music, very delicious drinks and tasty traditional food with a Starward twist.

Oh, and great company of course. That’s where you come in.

Bring your best mates, your work wife or whisky-obsessed aunty Clare. She’s going to want to taste our limited release Tawny anyway.

For an informal Starward take on a traditional Christmas feed, you’ll sit at communal tables in our sun-drenched whisky atrium. We’ve partnered with Cooke’s Food whose whisky-themed menu has us feeling hungry just reading it.

To start, you’ll have house-smoked ocean trout, Starward whisky marie rose with seasonal asparagus spears. We’ve matched this with a zesty Two-Fold and tonic; the kind of drink that’ll have you wondering why you need gin in your life.

Next, you’ll dig into a shared family-style main of sticky roasted ham with Starward whisky glaze, sliced turkey with pork and sage stuffing, creamed parsnip, spinach paste and a Starward whisky jus. A whisky cocktail will cut through the rich flavours perfectly.

Then to finish, what else but a warm, gooey Christmas pudding with Starward whisky butter and vanilla ice cream. Our new, limited release Tawny Cask with its notes of fig, jammy fruit and oak makes the ideal pairing.

There’s always something special about drinking a drop right where it’s made. The bar will be open as usual for your aperitif or digestif and you can grab a gift-packaged bottle to get ahead on your Christmas presents too.

Curated food and cocktails, zero effort required and a definite trade-up from the usual routine. There’s no better excuse to come together and celebrate the season.
