Orders are shipped via Couriers Please or Australia Post and are trackable by their respective websites. Once shipped the tracking details will be sent to your inbox.

Flat rate shipping of $6 Australia wide

Standard shipping: Delivery within 5 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
All orders placed prior to 11:00 AM are processed the same business day. All orders placed after 11:00 AM are processed the following business day.

All prices on the Australian Starward website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Starward accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal.

By purchasing a product online from Starward, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.


Should you make an error when ordering online, Starward will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
