Starward, in partnership with Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, have created a video series, occuring every Wednesday, bringing you a virtual array of delicious, comforting recipes by leading chefs every week, in our Signature Home Sessions. Cocktails included. 

Get to know your kitchen with Shannon Martinez - vegan chef extraordinaire, of Smith & Daughters, Nick Stanton from Leonardo’s Pizza, Tom Sarafian, Middle Eastern head chef of Bar Saracen, or Iain Ling, owner of Super Ling. 

We wouldn’t truly be a whisky company if we didn’t pair the perfect cocktail with each dish, and who better to serve up the goods than Millie Tang - ‘2019 ALIA Bartender of the Year’ (and genuinely every other award imaginable).

By the end of our series you’ll have unearthed your inner chef, and when we’re all able to leave the house (yay!) you’ll be able to create some epic cocktails to celebrate. Praise from loved ones guaranteed. 

First up we have Shannon Martinez, a talented and unstoppable woman, changing the way people think about choosing, cooking and eating vegan. With a passion for looking after the people, and serving great vegan food; Shannon will be coming at you with Kung Pao Tofu. Whip out your kitchen utensils and cook together, working through each step along the way, or watch and savour the heavenly recipes for another evening.
