Bring the deliciousness of your favourite bar to your own home. Host in style without the hassle, or the hunt for niche liqueurs. Our cocktails are ready to splash, sip and savour, wherever you want to take them. Less fuss, more flavour. 

Each cocktail was a long time in the making. A close collaboration between our distillers and bartenders meant we patiently fine-tuned each recipe. As ever, we’re particular about our ingredients, only wanting those locally sourced, of tried and tested quality.   

Simply grab ice and a garnish. These cocktails are portable, giftable and very, very drinkable.

The dinner party starter. Judged as the world’s best, we can’t help but agree.

Our twist on the Old Fashioned is a distillery-batched cocktail, patiently perfected. As any bartender will tell you, a good Old Fashioned is notoriously difficult to get right. But fortunately for us, we’ve got expert bartenders and whisky distillers under the one roof.
We start with our award-winning single malt whisky. With its red-wine-barrel richness and juicy, fruity flavour, it shines in a cocktail.

Then, we make the bitters in-house at the distillery. That way, we could deftly match the flavour profile to complement our Australian whisky. We balance the mix of native wattleseed and zesty orange bitters with demerara syrup for a balanced, mellow spicy-sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
Nose / Rich vanilla and orange, lifted by aromatic bitters, spices and bright citrus
Palate / Decadent and full bodied, balanced by dry wattle seed, red fruit, orange and coffee
Finish / A long finish, sweet, dry and balanced

Coffee Old Fashioned

Our take on a classic cocktail recipe, with a typically Melburnian caffeinated kick.

We start with our award-winning whisky, aged in Melbourne’s variable weather in red wine barrels from world-class local wineries. We’ve always intended our rich, fruity whisky to shine in a cocktail. Taste this, and we rest our case.

Australians care about coffee. So we went to the experts at Mr Black. Their Cold-Brew Coffee Liqueur is a bartender’s dream. We take our distillery-made orange bitters to offer spicy, zesty balance.

Tasting Notes:
Nose / Intense coffee, vanilla with a hint of orange peel
Palate / Coffee forward followed by dark chocolate and cacao
Finish / Textural and rounding. Vanilla and light roasted coffee bean

Whisky Negroni

An untouchable classic with a contemporary twist. We balance our award-winning whisky with carefully considered vermouth and liqueur. A Negroni is a faithful on the late-night, dimly lit bar scene. Now with our pre-batched Whisky Negroni, you can bring all that mixologist inventiveness to wherever you please.

Traditionally an Italian aperitif, ours is a distinctly Australian twist on a classic. We start with our bold, Melbourne-made whisky, aged in Australian red wine barrels. With its big, fruity flavour, Starward whisky was always crafted to sing in a cocktail.

For our mixologists, only the finest ingredients will do. We sought out trusted local producers for our sweet vermouth and bitter orange liqueur.

Discerning patience paid off. Whisky Negroni is balanced yet bold. You’re hit with herbal orangey aromas before juicy orange and sour cherry floods your palate.
