Beginning / Inspired by our founder Dave's favourite way to wind down the day. This distillery batched cocktail reimagines the classic Red Manhattan with an Aussie, red wine twist.
Middle / We took our Starward single grain whisky, fully matured in red wine barrels. Then we partnered with craft distillery Adelaide Hills to create a bespoke red wine vermouth, infused with native botanicals like wattle seed, and finally added orange bitters.
End / Bright, balanced and herbaceous. Juicy cherries and baking spices with subtle notes of vanilla.
Future / No need to stir with ice. Pop in the fridge (or on ice if you're fancy). Serve chilled and garnish with a cherry or red grape.
