Aged at our Port Melbourne distillery in barrels that previously held our signature Nova Single Malt, we think this sauce is utterly delicious when splashed on a gourmet hot dog or used in a marinade for BBQ meats.
Nose / Strong pepper and shiraz vinegar up front. Notes of cardamom and bay leaf.
Palate / After the initial heat, sweet banana and cherry characters shine through.

This limited release sauce was jammed full of Habanero and Jalapenos, lime, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Fresh cherries and banana were added to the mix to shine a spotlight on the fruity and tropical characters found in our red wine barrel aged whiskies. Aged at our Port Melbourne distillery in barrels that previously held our signature Nova Single Malt. We think we’ve said enough!
