If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us here and we will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 
The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. We will process an automated return shipping label on your behalf and email it to you. Please take your return order to any Australia Post outlet for shipping back to the distillery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take a 1-6 days, depending on your banks processes. 

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
