YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS

Orders are shipped directly from our Port Melbourne distillery Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our online fulfilment will be closed for the holiday period, and shipping will be paused until 6th January.

As a thank you for your patience, all orders over $75 will be shipped via Express Post at no additional charge from the 6th January.

All orders placed after 8:00 AM are processed the following business day. During peak times this time can change. Personalised labels may take 1-2 extra days during peak times.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are trackable using the link provided once your order has left the distillery. You can track your order here.

Some delivery timelines are subject to unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Starward’s reasonable control which may delay your delivery. This includes peak periods and product launches. We want you to have your delicious package in hand ASAP so we will work to avoid these events as best as possible. 


CHANGE OF MIND & ORDER CANCELATIONS

You may request to cancel or make changes to an item(s) from your order, only before an order reaches the dispatch processing stage. After an order reaches the dispatch processing stage, cancellations and changes may not be possible. Contact us here to understand your options.

Personalised Whisky: Once your label details are processed, edits are limited, so double-check all details before submitting.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us here and we will gladly organise a return & refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase for free. 
The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on the Australian Starward website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Starward accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Paypal, Apple & Google Pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a product online from Starward, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.


GIFT BOX OFFER

Selected 700ml bottle purchases from Starward.com.au are eligible to receive one gift box per bottle, subject to availability and the terms outlined here. Select "Add a gift box to your order" in the cart before checkout to include a gift box in your order.
