Orange blossom and bitters help bring out the indulgent, fragrant notes of our Botrytis Cask whisky. Stirred down and served over ice, this cocktail is complex with a velvety, smooth finish.

Ingredients: 

50ml Starward Botrytis Cask 

1 barspoon orange blossom syrup* 

1 dash angostura bitters 

1 dash orange bitters 

Method: 

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.  

*Mix together equal parts sugar and orange blossom water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
