Ginger Tiki Sour

A touch of escapism. This outstanding Projects release has a perfect little tropical number that perfectly compliments the ginger & tropical fruit notes.

Ingredients:
45ml of Ginger Beer Cask #7.
25ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lime
10ml Orgeat syrup
10ml Orange Curacao


Pull it together:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Double strain over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a little umbrella
