Our festive twist on our signature serve; the (New) Old Fashioned Panettone. Moreish with every sip, whether it's served alongside Christmas lunch or a traditional panettone.

Cocktail ingredients
50ml Starward Panettone Whisky
10ml Panettone syrup
3 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: candied orange slice

Panettone Syrup Ingredients
100g white sugar
200ml water
50g sultana and raisin mix
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

METHOD:

For Panettone Syrup:
Simmer all ingredients on medium for 15 minutes. Strain through a fine strainer or sieve. Bottle and refrigerate.

For cocktail:
Add whisky, syrup and bitters to a stirring glass, fill with ice and stir until liquid has doubled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a candied orange slice.
