This release continues our collaboration with Yalumba using the very same liquid from the original Octave Barrels release — now matured for an additional five years.

Made from 30% Fresh Yalumba Octaves and 70% Charred Yalumba Octaves, time has transformed the whisky from an oak-forward style into one of greater elegance and complexity. Fresh Octaves brighten the aroma with marshmallow and raspberry, while charred Octaves provide depth, body and refined tannin structure, resulting in a whisky that showcases the remarkable influence of barrel size and extended maturation.
