We’ve put into place sustainability targets and have invested in our procedure, equipment, and infrastructure to meet these targets. By 2026, we will achieve zero waste to landfill, become Net Zero carbon (Scope 1&2) and operate with best practice water usage.

How we’re creating efficiencies from grain to bottle.
OUR IMPACT
Utilise the spent grain for animal feed which prevents the grain going to landfill.
Updated our distillery to reduce our electricity usage by 35% per litre of alcohol distilled.
Reduced our water usage by over 300% through implementation of a cooling tower.
Approximately 200g less glass used in each single malt bottle.
A new plant-based closure.
New coasters and tasting flight boards - custom made using 100% recycled plastic waste.
Utilising approx. 50% recycled glass content, per bottle, resulting in an approximate 60 tonne reduction in glass usage within one year of the change.
Reusing 2kg of spent citrus per week with the implementation of organic waste recycling in our kitchen & bar.
