Marrying craft whisky curiosity with our hallmark red wine barrel maturation, this release is beyond the boundaries of whisky.

Freshly crushed Shiraz grape juice and our signature malted barley wash, co-fermented and distilled together and matured in Australian red wine barrels.

Bursting with fruit-forward notes of raspberry, black forest and fig. This is where experimentation meets flavour.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE:
Plum, raspberries, black forest chocolate.

PALATE:
Burst of fresh red berries on the front palate, drawing out to flavours of vanilla slice, coconut & baking spice.

FINISH:
Freshly buttered toast & vanilla slice.

Introducing Co-Ferment Grape x Malt Australian Spirit, a new, Australian-first spirit. Co-fermented from equal parts grape juice and malted barley, it’s smooth, balanced, bursting with notes of fresh berries on the front palate, drawing out to flavours of vanilla slice, coconut & baking spice and long finish with flavours of rhubarb, leather, cedar and silky tannin.

Not whisky. Not wine. But still distinctly Starward.
