VERSATILE, APPROACHABLE AND BURSTING WITH FLAVOUR.

Two-Fold is a wheat and single malt whisky folded together and matured in Australian red wine barrels. Balanced with notes of juicy red fruit, oak spice and sweet vanilla, you'll find Two-Fold is outrageously delicious neat, on ice or shaken in any classic cocktail.

MAKE THE PERFECT (NEW) OLD FASHIONED

50ml (1.6 oz) Starward Two-Fold
1 tsp simple syrup ( Sugar water)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Grapefruit wedge to garnish

Pull it all together:
Grab a mixing glass and measure out the Two-Fold, simple syrup and Angostura Bitters.

Strain the liquid over ice in your favourite whisky glass, then garnish with a wedge of ruby grapefruit. Ta-da! You’re basically a bartender now.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE \ Bright tropical fruits, mixed red berries, vanilla and cereal. 

PALATE \ A great balance of red fruit and vanilla with a nice cereal and toasty backbone. 

FINISH \ Delicate and long. A delicious, well-rounded palate that makes Two-Fold perfect for drinking neat or in your favorite cocktails. 

WHISKY MADE FOR MIXING.

Like a great cocktail, Two-Fold shakes it up. It takes whisky out of the dusty cabinet and onto the dinner table, spritzed in a cocktail or shared with friends. We mature Two-Fold in Australian red wine barrels from our own backyard, giving it that signature juicy, versatile and award-winning flavour.
