Honeycomb Cup

Our take on the iconic Pimm’s Cup, this cocktail is like Summer in a glass. Layered with cucumber, strawberries, orange and mint, the dry fizz of ginger ale subtly (yet perfectly) plays off the spiced notes of HER Starward Honeycomb.

45ml HER Starward Honeycomb
1x strawberry, sliced
2x cucumber coins
Ice, for serving
Ginger ale
1 sprig of mint
1 slice of orange

Pull it all together

Combine HER Starward Honeycomb, strawberry, and cucumber in a tall glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour over Ginger ale and stir.
Garnish with mint and slid the orange slice down the side of the glass, and enjoy.
