50ml Starward Single Malt Australian Whisky Finished in ex-Lagavulin Barrels
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Passionfruit & Vanilla syrup
2 dashes cherry bitters
30ml Eggwhite / aquafaba
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Fill shaker with ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few drops of bitters.
