Cocktail ingredients:
45ml Starward Single Malt Australian Whisky Finished in ex-Lagavulin Barrels
15ml Ginger Liqueur
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey syrup (1 part honey : 1 part water)

Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger.
