Bloody Muriel

Ingredients

40ml Two-Fold Double Grain Whisky 
15ml Fresh lime juice
80ml Tomato juice 
5ml Red wine vinegar 
5 dashes of Hot Sauce 
10ml Sweet sherry  
Slice of cucumber
Pinch of salt 
Pinch of pepper

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and gently roll the tin for 15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber and lemon wedge.
