  1. 50ml Starward HER Honeycomb

  2. 20ml mango puree

  3. 15ml lemon juice

  4. 15ml bee pollen syrup

  5. Persian fairy floss to garnish


Bee Pollen Syrup

  1. 15g bee pollen

  2. 200ml boiling water

  3. 200g sugar


Add bee pollen and sugar to 200ml of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Strain into a bottle or glass jar.


Pro Tip: store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze in an ice cube tray so it's ready to go for your next dinner party.



  1. Add whisky, mango puree, lemon juice and bee pollen syrup into a shaker with ice

  2. Shake

  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

  4. Garnish with fairy floss (bonus points for artistic design)
