Jack's Apple

60ml Two-Fold double-grain whisky
15ml smoked honey
20ml fresh apple juice (Granny Smith if possible)
Four cracks of black pepper 
Two dashes of Angostura

 

Shake the Two-Fold, smoked honey, fresh apple juice and two cracks of pepper in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over cubed ice. Top with crushed ice.
Garnish with slices of apple, two cracks of pepper and dashes of Angostura.
