Ingredients: 

50ml Starward Botrytis Cask 

20ml lemon juice 

10ml black truffle and honey syrup* 

Method: 

Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a pony glass. Garnish with 3-6 drops of black truffle oil. 

*Combine 50ml water with 100ml honey and 20ml black truffle oil. Heat everything in a pan until honey has completely dissolved. Let it cool down and transfer to a bottle.
