Port Melbourne Penicillin

The original recipe (from Sam Ross) calls for fresh ginger juice, but we think there is enough ginger & spice in this bottling to hold its own in a Penicillin cocktail.

Ingredients:

50ml Ginger Beer Cask #7
25ml lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
2 dashes of orange bitter

Pull it together:
Shake and strain over a rocks glass, spritz of Starward Unexpeated over the top.
