Sweet, sultry and ready to impress — just like you on a first date. This drink has a dark moody colour that makes for quite the statement in a coupe glass. The combination of the soft smoky Peated Finish, cherry and chocolate take it into dessert territory.

Ingredients
45ml (1.5 oz) Peated Finish
10ml (.3 oz) Cherry Heering
10ml (.3 oz) Sweet vermouth
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Pull it together
Mix it, pour it (into a coupe glass) and zest it (with some lemon). Tasty!
